Ancaster Pass 12: The Functional Toolset and the Integration Map

Summary
  • Build a small, cheap utility set and gate only the costly parts. Free: link/code manager, UTM builder, QR codes, disclosure generator, media kit + rate card, and a basic link-health check. Pro: scheduled link monitoring, bulk YouTube description rewrites, sponsor proof reports and earnings aggregation. On Cloudflare, running the free tier for 1,000 active users costs well under $50/month. At 10,000 users it is a few hundred dollars. The only things that blow the budget are headless-browser crawling, AI generation at volume, bulk email and the X API, so gate those.
  • Plug in rather than replace, starting with Kit. Kit v4 lets an OAuth app update a broadcast's content (HTML) before it sends, on Creator/Pro plans.[4] That makes Kit the one major newsletter platform where Ancaster can verifiably insert a tracked sponsor block. beehiiv's Create Post API is limited to Enterprise (its help centre says Max and Enterprise) and "it is not possible to inject feature blocks (ads, polls, etc.)" via body_content.[1][2] So on beehiiv, Ancaster should hand over a copy-ready tracked block and read stats back, not write posts.
  • Free tools can drive acquisition, but the public numbers are mostly folklore. HubSpot's Website Grader is documented: HubSpot's blog reported more than 2 million sites graded, and HubSpot's December 6, 2011 press release said it "has been used by over 4 million people". Zapier's integration-page traffic figures range from 98,000 to 5.8 million visits a month depending on which third-party blog you read. Google's scaled content abuse policy (March 2024) targets "many pages… generated for the primary purpose of manipulating search rankings". So ship a few real tools and integration pages backed by real data, not thousands of templated pages.
Key figures
On Cloudflare, running the free tier for 1,000 active users costs well under $50/month.Summary →
The default quota is 10,000 units per project per day.Section 1 →
The 23.5% often quoted by reviewers is actually the Paid Recommendations fee (20% service + 3.5% transaction).[43][44]Section 2 →

Ancaster should build about a dozen cheap, deterministic utilities, all of which make one link, one code or one receipt more useful: a link and code manager, a link-health monitor, a disclosure generator, a media kit and rate card, a sponsor booking page, and a sponsor proof report. It should hand everything else to the platforms creators already use, through five native integrations (Stripe, Kit, beehiiv, Ghost, YouTube) plus a webhooks/Zapier/MCP layer. Ancaster should not send newsletters itself. The one newsletter job it should own is sponsor inventory → assets → tracked insertion → proof. Evidence from September 2026 shows the write paths are uneven. Kit's API lets a third-party OAuth app rewrite an unsent broadcast's HTML. beehiiv reserves post creation for its top plans.[1][2] The X API charges $0.20 for every post that contains a link.[3] Those facts, more than feature wish-lists, should shape the build.

1Key Findings

  1. Commodity utilities are cheap to buy, so Ancaster cannot win by charging for them. Strackr lists Starter at €10/month (1,000 transactions, 10 networks, 12-hour refresh), Professional at €25 and Enterprise at €50. API access is only on custom plans.[5] Geniuslink's own pricing page shows a "$6 base fee" plus "$3.5" per 1,000-click bucket.[6] Capterra lists $5 plus $2 per 1,000 clicks and a $50/month custom domain, so the published numbers conflict.[7] Passionfroot charges no subscription: 15% on deals it sources, a 2% transaction fee paid by the brand, and (per a third-party review) 5% on deals the creator brings.[8][9] SponsorCal says on its own blog that it takes 5% per booking and sends 95% to the creator's Stripe account. Bundling these into Ancaster only makes sense because Ancaster already owns the link, the code and the attribution. Charging separately for them does not.
  1. Newsletter write access is uneven, and that decides how sponsor insertion works.
    • Kit: PUT /v4/broadcasts/{id} accepts content, described as "The HTML content of the email". It supports OAuth with read/write scopes. It fails with a 422 once "the campaign has already started sending".[4] API/app access appears to need the Creator plan or higher ($33/month billed yearly at 1,000 subscribers; that plan requirement is Ancaster's reading of Kit's pricing page).[10][11]
    • beehiiv: posts endpoints exist (Create, PATCH Update, List, Get aggregate stats, Delete).[12] Create is documented as beta and "available only to Enterprise users".[2] The help centre says "Max and Enterprise", which is a conflict. From August 6, 2026, API-created posts must pass "status": "confirmed" explicitly to publish.[1]
    • Ghost: the Admin API is read-write, authenticated with a JWT made from a staff-created integration key (tokens must expire within 5 minutes). It fires webhooks on post.published and post.edited. Developers on Ghost's forum report that updating post body content broke after the move to the Lexical format.[13][14][15][16]
  1. Kit's platform-level API rate limits make it viable for a public app. Kit allows 120 requests per rolling 60 seconds per API key and 600 with OAuth.[17] Kit says public apps "must use OAuth and not API keys".[18]
  1. YouTube bulk description rewriting works, but quota caps it. The default quota is 10,000 units per project per day. Write operations such as videos.update cost 50 units,[19] so one project can update roughly 200 videos a day across all Ancaster users until Google approves a quota extension through its audit form. Blotato's 2026 YouTube API guide says Google "reviews it, typically over a few weeks to multiple months", and approval is not guaranteed; Google's own audit page promises only that its team "will contact you as soon as possible." Money cannot buy more quota.[20]
  1. X is effectively closed for link posting. Outstand, last verified against docs.x.com in September 2026, lists X's pay-per-use rates as "$0.015 for each post you create, $0.20 if that post contains a link, and $0.005 for each post you read"; TechCrunch reported on April 22, 2026 that the link-post change "increased costs from $0.01 per link to $0.20." There are no subscription tiers for new developers. Every Ancaster post is a link post, so auto-posting to X must never be free.
  1. Amazon's product API changed hands in 2026. PA-API v5 was deprecated April 30, 2026, and its endpoint was retired May 15, 2026. The replacement is the Creators API.[21][22] Keywordrush, maker of the Content Egg plugin, reports that Creators API credentials moved to Login with Amazon, and that credentials "issued under the older v2.x scheme (Cognito) stop working after September 11, 2026", so new v3.0 credentials are needed. This matters only if Ancaster ever targets Amazon-heavy creators, which is not the beachhead.
  1. Cloudflare now has every primitive needed for the free tier. Browser Rendering (now documented as "Browser Run"): 10 hours/month included on Workers Paid, then $0.09 per browser-hour.[23][24] Email Service: public beta since April 16, 2026, 3,000 emails/month included, then $0.35 per 1,000.[25][26] Workers AI: $0.011 per 1,000 neurons, with 10,000 neurons/day free.[27]
  1. Link-in-bio tools have no usable API. Linktree's developer page is only a sign-up form for its developer program ("Register your interest…").[28] Beacons documents a brand-side "Brands API" whose Endpoints section says "Section to come…".[29] Ancaster should appear inside these tools as a link, not integrate with them.

Verdict: the catalog splits cleanly. Tools built on Ancaster's first-party data (links, codes, Stripe events, bookings) are cheap to run, defensible, and belong in Free. Tools that need third-party crawling, AI at volume or third-party paid APIs are expensive and belong in Pro or nowhere.

2. The Integration Map

Newsletter platforms

  • beehiiv. Scopes are named per resource (e.g., posts:read, posts:write, subscriptions:write, tiers:write).[12][32][33] The API reference also lists Custom Fields, Automations, Automation Journeys, Webhooks, Polls, Referral Program and an "Advertisement Opportunities" resource (its contents were not inspected this pass).
    • Post creation: beta, "available only to Enterprise users" per the developer docs; "Max and Enterprise" per the help centre.[1][2] A developer on DEV Community reports the endpoint returning 401/403 on non-Enterprise keys.[34] Posts can be built from blocks (including an html block) or body_content, but "it is not possible to inject feature blocks (ads, polls, etc.) into the HTML of a body_content request". <style> tags are stripped.[1][2]
    • Ad Network terms: "non-exclusive… You can run Ad Network offers alongside your own direct advertiser relationships."[35][36] The only rule for outside deals is that placements be "clearly disclosed as paid or sponsored".[37] The advertiser terms forbid advertisers from circumventing beehiiv's publisher relationships, so Ancaster must not poach beehiiv Ad Network advertisers into direct deals.[38]
    • Build: OAuth connect; subscriptions + custom fields write (Publisher Funnel, already planned); webhooks; post list + aggregate stats read (for proof reports); and a "copy tracked sponsor block" HTML snippet. Attempt PATCH post update only for Enterprise accounts that grant posts:write.
  • Kit. OAuth app (required for public listing) or V4 API key (personal use only).[18] 120 requests/60s with an API key, 600 with OAuth.[17]
    • Broadcast create/update accepts HTML content; updates fail once sending starts. Some stats endpoints require "a Pro level plan or developer authorization".[4][39]
    • Kit runs its own CPC "Newsletter Sponsorships" (payouts 45 days after the month the campaign runs; "$1.30 average CPC" appears only in a marketing image).[40][41][42] No sponsorship revenue share is published. The 23.5% often quoted by reviewers is actually the Paid Recommendations fee (20% service + 3.5% transaction).[43][44]
    • Build: Kit OAuth app with subscriber/tag write (Funnel), broadcast list + stats read, and "Insert sponsor block into draft broadcast", which writes a tracked block into an unsent broadcast after creator approval. Kit is the flagship newsletter integration.
  • Ghost. Content API (read-only key) + Admin API (JWT, read-write). Webhooks for post and member events. Ghost Pro does not publish rate limits.[13][16]
    • Body updates in Lexical are fiddly: forum users report HTML/mobiledoc PUTs silently not applying.[14]
    • Build: webhook on post.published to scan for Ancaster links and log them in the Endorsement Ledger, plus an optional "append sponsor card" that uses Ghost's HTML source conversion. Test hard before shipping writes.
  • Substack. No official write API (per the brief). Integrate by link only: generated offer pages, a copy block, and RSS read to detect published posts.
  • Mailchimp, Buttondown, MailerLite, Loops, Resend. Not researched in this pass; no verified findings. Treat them as Phase 2 targets reached through Zapier/webhooks. Resend and Loops are sending infrastructure, not creator newsletter platforms, so they matter only if Ancaster ever sends email itself (recommended: no).

Podcast hosts. Transistor's API uses an x-api-key header and follows JSON:API.[45] Episodes can be created, updated, published and scheduled.[46] Transcripts can be added via the API.[47] Transistor now runs an official MCP server that can "edit up to 500 episodes in a single call".[48] A third-party client notes that list_episodes returns 20 at a time, so paginate.[49] Build: "update show notes with offer link" across a back catalog. Buzzsprout, Captivate, RSS.com and Spotify for Creators were not verified this pass. Treat them as unknown and reach them via RSS read + manual copy until checked.

YouTube Data API. OAuth with the channel owner is required for writes. The default is 10,000 units/day per project; reads usually cost 1 unit and writes (including videos.update) 50. Google's getting-started page now says projects get "100 search.list calls, 100 videos.insert calls, and 10,000 units per day combined for all other endpoints".[19] The older quota-cost table still shows videos.insert at 1,600, so Google's own pages disagree on upload costs, but upload costs don't matter for Ancaster.[50] There is no paid tier; running multiple projects to multiply quota violates the terms.[20] Build: description scan (cheap reads) → diff preview → queued videos.update rewrite drip-fed within quota. Submit the quota-extension audit in week 1, because approval can take months.

Link-in-bio. Linktree: interest form only, no public API (a third-party catalog claims an OAuth MCP server at mcp.linktr.ee; unverified).[28][51] Beacons: a brand-side API with no documented endpoints.[29] Build: nothing; creators paste one Ancaster link.

Website builders. WordPress (REST API + plugins), Webflow, Framer and Ghost embeds were not researched in this pass. The recommendation rests on general platform knowledge: ship a JS embed/Web Component for offer cards (works everywhere) before any platform-specific plugin, and consider a WordPress plugin later for link replacement.

Payments / MoR. Stripe, Polar, Creem, Lemon Squeezy and Paddle webhooks are already built. Gumroad was not verified this pass. No new work beyond keeping webhook signature verification and idempotency tight.

Affiliate networks' partner APIs. PartnerStack, Dub and Impact are already planned. CJ, Awin and Rakuten publisher reporting APIs are what Strackr aggregates; add them only in Pro, in order of user demand. Dub is also a partner: it says it powers partnerships for beehiiv and Framer.[52] Amazon Creators API: not now.

Social APIs. X: pay-per-use, $0.20 per link post, so no free auto-posting and at most a BYO-credits option.[53] Meta Graph, TikTok and LinkedIn posting APIs were not researched this pass; all typically require app review. Recommendation: no social posting. Generate the post text + link and deep-link the creator into the native composer.

Automation hubs. Zapier says building and publishing a public integration is free, and "Partners do not incur fees as a result of the usage of their integration". Integrations launch in beta.[54] One practitioner guide describes a 90-day public beta.[55] An older engineering write-up describes a 50-active-user bar plus 10 Zap templates.[56] Zapier's current docs say one signup through an embed tool exits beta the next business day.[54] Zapier also requires production endpoints, public API docs and a publicly launched product.[55] Make, n8n and Pipedream were not researched in detail. Pipedream already hosts community Ghost Admin components, and generic HTTP/webhook steps work in all of them.[57][58] Conclusion: one clean REST API + signed webhooks is the prerequisite. A Zapier app with 3 triggers and 2 actions is the fastest way to reach the long tail. It does not replace native Kit/beehiiv/YouTube integrations, because those need to write into content, which Zapier users won't wire themselves.

MCP. Transistor, Dub and (reportedly) Linktree now ship MCP servers.[48][59] For a dev/AI-tools beachhead, a remote Ancaster MCP server on Workers is cheap and on-brand. Tools: create_offer_link, get_earnings, list_bookings, insert_sponsor_block, check_links. It also lets creators' own agents drive Ancaster.

3. Newsletter Module: Own vs Integrate

JobOwn or integrateWhy
Sponsor slot/inventory bookingOwnCalendar + Stripe Checkout is where Ancaster's 10% booking fee and attribution start. Precedents: SponsorCal (5%/booking), Passionfroot storefront, beehiiv direct sponsorships (Max/Enterprise only).[31][60]
Sponsor asset collection & approvalOwnSimple form + R2 + approval state; feeds the Endorsement Ledger and disclosure.
Inserting sponsor block into postsIntegrateKit: write into unsent broadcast via API (verified). beehiiv: Enterprise-only post API, so provide a copy-ready block. Ghost: Admin API with caution. Substack: copy block.
Tracked links inside sendsOwnAncaster links/codes are the attribution; ESP click-tracking wraps them harmlessly.
Sponsor performance reportsOwnAncaster uniquely joins clicks + codes + Stripe revenue; pull opens/sends from ESP stats APIs.
Cross-promotions/recommendationsIntegrate / stay outbeehiiv Boosts and Kit Paid Recommendations (20% + 3.5%) already exist,[44] as does SparkLoop (not researched this pass). Don't compete.
Newsletter ad marketplacesCoexistbeehiiv Ad Network is non-exclusive; Kit runs CPC sponsorships.[35][42] Ancaster sells direct, attributed deals and must respect beehiiv's advertiser non-circumvention clause.
Sending emailDon'tSee cost math in §5 and decision B below.

Ancaster's newsletter feature was not described to this research, so this cannot judge what it does today. If it sends newsletters, the recommendation is to reposition it as a sponsor-slot and issue-planning layer that pushes into Kit/beehiiv/Ghost.

4. Free Tools as Acquisition

Documented:

  • HubSpot's own blog says Website Grader launched in February 2007 "as a way to generate buzz, organic/viral traffic, inbound links and leads" and had analyzed over 2 million websites.[61] HubSpot's December 6, 2011 press release (PR Newswire) announcing Marketing Grader said Website Grader "has been used by over 4 million people to grade their website marketing effectiveness"; that release dates the launch to 2006, so HubSpot's own sources disagree on the launch year.
  • Dub founder and CEO Steven Tey reported in a LinkedIn post marking one year of Dub Partners that Dub paid out "$25M" to partners, grew ARR "\>300%" and had "12 straight months of profitability". These are self-reported. Dub's open-source repo had "almost 18K stars" per a podcast bio.[62]
  • Zapier: public integrations are free to publish.[54]

Folklore / unreliable:

  • The "~40,000 backlinks" credited to Website Grader traces to Startup Spells ("over 40,000 organic backlinks"); B2B Growth Hacking calls it "a widely repeated analyst figure… not a HubSpot primary."
  • Estimates of Zapier's integration-page traffic contradict each other. daydream, citing Ahrefs, puts ~50,000 app pages at "more than 98,000 monthly organic visitors".[63] Other blogs claim 235K, 2.6M or 5.8M, and several of those blogs sell pSEO software.[64][65][66]
  • Ahrefs, Semrush and Plausible free-tool growth claims were not verified in this pass. No evidence is presented for them.

Constraint: Google's spam policy defines scaled content abuse as "when many pages are generated for the primary purpose of manipulating search rankings and not helping users… no matter how it's created". It was announced March 5, 2024,[67][68] and enforced through manual actions that deindexed sites.[69]

Implication: Ancaster's public pages should each be a working tool, or an integration page with a real working integration behind it. Programmatic "program pages" in Discover are fine only when they carry unique, live data (commission, cookie window, payout terms, verified conversions). Swapped-keyword templates are exactly what the policy targets.[69][70]

5. Cost to Run Free Tools on Cloudflare

Current prices (Cloudflare pricing page, fetched September 2026):

ProductFree allowancePaid rate
Workers100k requests/day$0.30 per million requests; $0.02 per million CPU-ms
D15M rows read/day, 100k rows written/day, 5 GB$0.001 per million rows read; $1.00 per million rows written; $0.75 per GB-month
R210 GB$0.015 per GB-month; Class A $4.50/M; Class B $0.36/M; no egress fees
KV100k reads/day$0.50 per million reads; $5.00 per million writes
Queues10k ops/day$0.40 per million operations
Durable Objects—$0.15 per million requests; $12.50 per million GB-s; SQL writes $1.00/M
Workers AI10k neurons/day$0.011 per 1,000 neurons[27]
Browser Rendering10 min/day (free plan); 10 hours/month on Workers Paid$0.09 per browser-hour; $2.00 per extra concurrent browser (bindings only)[24]
Email Service (beta)3,000 emails/month$0.35 per 1,000 (requires Workers Paid and a sending domain on Cloudflare DNS)[25][71]

Workers Paid has a $5/month minimum.[72][73]

Estimates. Assumptions: each active user has 3,000 link clicks/month, 200 links checked weekly, 20 AI generations/month and 10 notification emails/month. These are illustrative, not measured.

Line item1,000 users10,000 users
Redirects + click logging (3M / 30M clicks)~$0–2~$25–35
Link health via plain fetch + Queues + D1 (~0.86M / 8.6M checks)~$2–4~$20–30
Browser rendering for ~5% of checks (~10 s each)~$10~$100+
Workers AI (~100 neurons per short generation, an estimate)~$15–25~$200+
Notification email (10k / 100k)~$2.50~$34
D1/R2 storage, DOs, logs~$5~$20–40
Total~$35–50/mo~$400–450/mo

Expensive; must be gated:

  • Sending newsletters. 1,000 creators × 5,000 subscribers × 4 sends = 20M emails ≈ $7,000/month at $0.35/1k, plus deliverability liability.
  • X posting. 1,000 users × 20 link posts × $0.20 = $4,000/month.
  • Scheduled browser crawling at scale.
  • AI transcription/repurposing.
  • YouTube writes. They cost no money, but quota is the ceiling.

Integration priority (first 10)

  1. Stripe (done): revenue truth for every proof claim.
  2. Kit OAuth app: the only verified third-party write into newsletter content, and the flagship demo of "sponsor block inserted and proven".
  3. beehiiv (read + subscriptions + webhooks + stats; copy block for insertion): the beachhead's likely ESP, and Dub already powers beehiiv's partnerships.
  4. PartnerStack / Dub / Impact partner APIs: earnings aggregation for dev-tools programs (PartnerStack dominates SaaS).
  5. Public REST API + signed outbound webhooks: a prerequisite for everything below.
  6. Remote MCP server: the dev/AI beachhead lives in agents; cheap to ship on Workers.
  7. YouTube Data API: bulk description rewrite; start the quota audit immediately.
  8. Ghost Admin API: dev creators self-host Ghost; publish-webhook link scanning is low-risk.
  9. Zapier public app (then Make/n8n): long tail reach; free to publish.
  10. Transistor API: podcast show-note link updates; clean API key auth.

Tools that double as public acquisition pages

Link checker, disclosure generator, UTM builder, rate card calculator, invoice generator, QR generator, and the Discover program directory (only with live, unique data). Plus one integration page per working integration.

  • Money: earnings aggregation, statements, invoices, income-by-payer CSV, booking payouts.
  • People: Publisher Funnel (Kit/beehiiv lists), sponsors/advertisers CRM, booking requests.
  • Proof: Endorsement Ledger, Referral Receipts, sponsor proof reports, code-leak alerts, media kit verified stats.
  • Discover: program directory, advertiser network, sponsor inventory marketplace.

Decisions

A. Which tools are free?

  • Option 1: Everything free, monetized only through commission/booking fees.
  • Option 2 (RECOMMENDED): free for anything on first-party data; Pro for recurring crawl/AI/quota-bound jobs. Costs stay under ~$50/month at 1,000 users.
  • Option 3: Freemium with usage caps on every tool.
  • Decide for me: Option 2, Pro at $12/month.

B. Send email ourselves?

  • Option 1: Full newsletter sending (compete with beehiiv/Kit).
  • Option 2 (RECOMMENDED): send only transactional email (booking confirmations, receipts, alerts) via Cloudflare Email Service; newsletters stay on the creator's ESP.
  • Option 3: Send nothing; route all notifications through the creator's ESP.
  • Decide for me: Option 2. Newsletter sending at 20M emails ≈ $7,000/month and breaks "plug in, don't replace".

C. Automation hub vs native integrations?

  • Option 1: Zapier-only.
  • Option 2 (RECOMMENDED): native for the 5 write-critical platforms (Stripe, Kit, beehiiv, Ghost, YouTube) + webhooks/Zapier/MCP for the long tail.
  • Option 3: Native for everything.
  • Decide for me: Option 2.

D. Public free tools strategy?

  • Option 1: Programmatic pSEO at scale (thousands of program/integration pages).
  • Option 2 (RECOMMENDED): 5–7 real single-purpose tools + one page per live integration + Discover program pages with live data only.
  • Option 3: No public tools; product-only.
  • Decide for me: Option 2. Option 1 is exposed to Google's scaled content abuse policy.

30-day build plan

  • Days 1–3: File the YouTube API quota-extension audit. Register the Kit OAuth app. Ship the public UTM builder + QR generator.
  • Days 4–8: Public link checker (plain fetch, 25 URLs, email-gated full report) and the disclosure generator (FTC + Ad Standards Canada).
  • Days 9–14: Kit integration: subscriber write, broadcast stats read, and "insert tracked sponsor block into draft broadcast" behind creator approval.
  • Days 15–18: beehiiv: OAuth, stats read, copy-ready tracked sponsor block, webhooks. Sponsor proof report v1 combining Stripe + clicks + ESP stats.
  • Days 19–22: Sponsor booking calendar (Durable Object) + Stripe invoice + asset upload/approval.
  • Days 23–26: Public REST API + signed webhooks + remote MCP server (5 tools).
  • Days 27–30: YouTube description scanner (read-only) with rewrite preview. Pro checkout ($12). Draft the Zapier app.

Kill criteria (evaluate at day 30 and day 60)

  • A public free tool with <100 uses in its first 30 days, or <2% of users starting an Ancaster signup → stop promoting it; keep it only if it costs nothing to run.
  • Kit sponsor-block insertion used by <5 creators by day 60 → demote to copy-block parity with beehiiv.
  • YouTube quota extension denied, or no answer by day 60 → keep scan + preview, make rewrites manual/one-click per video.
  • Free-tier infra cost >$0.10 per active user per month → gate the offending tool into Pro.
  • Pro conversion <2% of active publishers by day 60 → move the Pro features behind booking/commission volume instead of a subscription.

3Caveats

  • Several integration targets were not verified in this pass: Mailchimp, Buttondown, MailerLite, Loops, Resend, Buzzsprout, Captivate, RSS.com, Spotify for Creators, Meta/TikTok/LinkedIn, WordPress/Webflow/Framer, Gumroad, Make/n8n, SparkLoop, Paved, SponsorGap and Who Sponsors Stuff. Recommendations for them rest on general knowledge and should be checked before building.
  • beehiiv's plan gating for post creation conflicts across its own pages (Enterprise vs Max + Enterprise).[1][2][74] Whether PATCH update is similarly gated was not confirmed.
  • X API figures come from third-party trackers citing docs.x.com. X says prices "are subject to change".[75]
  • Cloudflare Email Service is in beta.[76] A third-party blog quotes $0.09/1k against the official $0.35/1k; this report uses the official figure.[26][77]
  • The Cloudflare cost model uses illustrative usage assumptions. The Workers AI neurons-per-generation figure is an estimate, not a measured value.
  • Vendor claims (Strackr, SponsorCal, Passionfroot, Dub, Zapier SEO case studies) are marked as such. None are independently audited.
